Floor Coating Calculators for the Greater Toronto Area
Last updated: By EpoxyFloorIndex Research Team
Each of these answers one question with one number, before you speak to anybody. The cost tools multiply your own floor area by ranges published by named Toronto and Ontario coating firms, widened wherever those firms disagree. The quantity and timing tools run on manufacturer data sheets, with the coverage rate or cure schedule named on the page. No figure on any of them is a midpoint somebody worked out.
What will it cost?

How the numbers on these pages are sourced
Prices come from coating companies that publish their own rates, read directly rather than repeated from an aggregator, and recorded with the company name and the URL beside every figure (August 2026). Where two firms quote different ranges for the same work, EpoxyFloorIndex widens the range to hold both instead of splitting the difference. A midpoint is a number nobody quoted, and it reads as more precise than the evidence behind it.
Quantities and timings are different: they come from manufacturer technical data sheets, because coverage per litre and cure time are properties of a product, not of a market. Where a tool uses one, the product and the data sheet are named on the page so you can check it against whatever is actually going on your floor.
None of these tools asks for an email address to show you a result, and none of them sends your answers anywhere. The arithmetic runs in your browser.
