Yes. A listing is free, no company can buy a better position, and the order on every list comes from a published formula with no advertising slot anywhere on the site. What we are building on top of that is a paid route for work we pass on, which is a separate thing you would have to agree to; nothing is charged to you for simply being in the index.

Do you send me leads?

Not yet. The site now runs a request form, and what a homeowner sends reaches EpoxyFloorIndex by email. Nothing has been passed to any company from this site so far, and we will not start sending work to you without agreeing it with you first.

Can I claim my profile?

How does EpoxyFloorIndex work for contractors?

1. You get listed free

Every eligible business already has a basic profile built from public data. Nobody paid to be here and nobody can pay to leave.

2. Homeowners find you

Category and neighbourhood pages rank you by the EpoxyFloorIndex Score, a published formula over three pillars.

3. The homeowner sends a request

Your profile carries a request form rather than a phone number. What comes in reaches EpoxyFloorIndex by email. Nothing has been sent on to any company from this site, and we would not start without agreeing it with you first.

What does your profile show right now?

Only public data. Your name, phone number, address, categories, star rating, review count and whatever photos the scrape found. Nothing you have supplied, because there is no way to supply anything yet. That is the whole record, and it is why keeping the Google Business Profile the scrape reads accurate is the one thing worth your time.

There is no working email address, phone line or form on EpoxyFloorIndex, so there is currently no way to start a claim or send a correction. Until there is, the fastest way to change what appears here is to fix the underlying Google Business Profile, since that is what the next scrape reads.
